What is your lead time?
Most orders for standard unprinted items are shipped within two weeks. In case of color and printed bags allow four weeks for shipment. Production time for custom printed orders depends on style and quality and begins after art approval. Every effort will be made to meet all deadlines of which we have been notified.
 

How to order

When ordering from Utility Bags e-mail order@utilitybags.co.in, be sure to show the Item Number, Quantity, Size and Color. If the item is to be custom printed, be sure also to include your Artwork (or sketch), Color(s) of Ink(s) to be used, and General Size and Placement of art on the item to be imprinted or fill the online order form.

  • Shipping charges are billed at actual cost and added to your invoice.

  • Unless otherwise requested, shipment will be made through the most efficient and economical way possible.
 

Minimums

There are no problems doing as few as 200 bags for colored & printed bags and 100 bags for natural and unprinted bags anything less than 50 the shipping costs goes higher.

 

Shipping
Shipping charges are billed at actual cost and added to your invoice advance paid sample orders should contact for estimated shipping charge. Unless otherwise requested, shipment will be made through the most efficient and economical way possible.
 

Options
  • Airfreight usually takes anywhere between two weeks and costs a bit more then sea shipment.
  • Sea freight usually takes anywhere between four weeks and is the cheapest for large quantities i.e. 10000 bags or above.
  • Bulk courier services take only about six days and are the best option for the small quantities.

Advance payment by Bank wire transfer /Telegraphic Transfer against the Performa invoice which we would be mailing to you on receipt of your enquiry

Large Quantities

Payment through irrevocable Letter of Credit, payable at sight

Customized bag

Packaging

All orders packaged in bulk. Special requirements will be quoted per job.
